MS SPECIAL N is a one part, moisture curing sealant based on MS Polymer™. Has CE marking and ISEGA certification.

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
Low modulus, high elasticity and excellent adhesion on a great variety of materials make MS SPECIAL N suitable for durable sealing of joints subject to movement. MS SPECIAL N shows all the characteristics of MS Polymer™ technology.

• Solvent and isocyanate free.
• Virtually no shrinkage.
• Flexible at low (-40°C) and high (+100°C) temperatures.
• Neutral curing, odourless. • Fast curing.
• Overpaintability with all the water based paints usually used in the building industry, and other industrial painting systems. The compatibility should be checked by preliminary trials.

• High aging and UV resistance.

The product provides high elasticity and cohesion and good adhesion to a wide range of substrates. MS TECHNO LIGHT produces high resistance elastic sealing. It can be used as adhesive in bonding requiring transparency and high filling capacity.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS (professional use)

• For elastic sealing of glass, ceramic, porcelain, majolic, plate glass, aluminium, stainless iron, brass, bronze, silver, painted metals, cast iron, wood , cork, fabrics, synthetic fabrics, fiberglass, ABS, carbon, uPVC, porous materials commonly used in industry. Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE.
• For not visible sealing and bonding in furnishing; for joining glass elements among them or to metals for the production of tables, glass decorations, panels.
• For the production of signs, plates, gifts and fancy goods.
• Non dangerous sealant adhesive for general purpose in industry and D.I.Y.

MS TECHNO PRO is a moisture curing one-part adhesive-sealant based on MS Polymer™, solvent less, isocyanate free, suitable for high performance joints and elastic sealing.

MS TECHNO PRO has been tested by the ISEGA Institute and is considered suitable for sealing walls and floors, in production units that prepare and process food, with the exception of direct contact between the sealant and food.

Excellent adhesion on many substrates without Primer, flexible in the long run.
High resistance to UV radiation and weather conditions, permanently elastic in the range -40° C/+100°C.

Non slumping, the application can be made along the vertical, almost no shrinkage. It can be painted son after application.

For short drive-away time windscreen installation and replacement, certified by Thatcham according to FMVSS212:

MS SCREEN HL crash tested at 60 minutes with two airbags (bonding strength 100%).

For windscreen and windows installation in the production of boats, rail and tram vehicles, caravans and camper vans, refrigerated vehicles, aircraft and aerospace components.

Building

Structural bonding between glasses and cementious or metal frames in the production of greenhouses, coverings, canopies.
